It has been the most exciting car purchase we have ever made, starting in February with the suggestion of purchasing it, through to the delivery in April. The whole process was exciting including Tom's calls to Florida. We could not wait to take possession. When we got home the excitement continued. The salesman went out of his way and had all the patience in the world for me. Since my purchase I have had a couple of mishaps and had to return for help. | Dear folks, Just wanted you all to know that I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my 2001 Lincoln LS at your dealership. Matt Brown and his sidekick ( I forget the gentleman's name) were GENUINELY friendly and courteous. They made me feel very welcome and unpressured. There were a few minor problems with the vehicle that your service department handled promptly and completely. I would not hesitate to deal with those fellows again. Real people, no bulls***. " Great Experience! Yesterday my Escape got stuck in park and wouldn't change
gears. I called Rose City and asked for service but it was past sixPM. I was put through to a sales rep (Bob Marsh) He told me to stay where
I was and he jumoped in his truck and was at my house in 10 minutes. He tried to get the shift to release but it wouldn't. He then called roadside
assistance for me and set everything up. He offered me the use of his truck if I had a need (I didn't) The tow truck showed up promptly as promised
and then I was called at 8:15 by a technician to go over what the problem was and have been told that I'd be contacted later in the day one
way or the other.
This is nothing other than GREAT SERVICE! " |
