I want to commend the service department. I was in last week because of the tire pressure light. The service guys said no problem and in 10 minutes it was completed. Tire pressure adjusted, light taken care of and out of the door (with thanks from both service guys that I dealt with). I've been in and out for oil changes a few times and it was always the same....courtesy and thanks.

I was with a competitor for years (over on Provincial Road) and bought many vehicles from them....No comparison to your sales and services. Thanks Howell.

I had purchased a Ford Freestar 4 years ago and it had only caused me problems. When the transmission finally went I remembered how nice the staff at Rose City Ford was.

My husband and I were looking for a used vehicle and that's where we met Dany Jirjis. After not really seeing anything I was interested, Dany remembered that there was a vehicle that was just brought in that day. I fell in love with it and I was very impressed about how I really felt comfortable shopping there. Darcy in financing was also very helpful and welcoming.
